You can read about them at the <em>very</em> cool <a href="http://www.chiptune.com/">chiptune.com</a>, but basically they&#8217;re songs made to sound like they&#8217;re being played on an <a href="http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/nes/data/916386.html">original NES</a>. This was first &#8220;released&#8221; April 8th on various music engineering (actually video game remix, heh) forums, but here it is on the new site. The first 4 episodes were actually released in this manner to fulfill a class assignment, but I enjoyed making them and received some positive feedback, so it looks like I&#8217;ll be continuing the show!</p>
<p>This episode demonstrates a handy trick to help add depth to guitar recordings.</p>
